WHAT ARE YOUR TOP OBJECTIVES FROM MY PT SESSIONS?
I had just had my second baby and wanted to rebuild my strength and muscles and re shape my body after pregnancy.
HOW DO THE SESSIONS MAKE YOU FEEL?
During the sessions, sometimes I found the exercises were hard, and could feel the ‘muscle pain’ the second day. But after that, I always felt that I'm full of energy for several days. And then the second week doing the same exercises, I could handle the hard exercises more easily. And gradually I realised I’m getting stronger and feel my body has changed.
HOW HAVE HER SESSIONS BEEN OF BENEFIT TO YOU?
I have now become much stronger, from the inside out. This is what I really like, because this is important to me, not only to "look" right, but actually to function right.
