This is an opportunity to use this stage of your life to work with your body in order to maximise your health and wellness. • The 1:1 Supported Programme is suited to those who are looking for personal advice and guidance as they complete the programme. • You will have access to bespoke online Q&A sessions (up to 6 hours, 30/60 minute sessions) with Nicola Peaty, to be arranged at agreed times. • Simply follow the step by step instructions to work your way through each section. • Go at your own pace and revisit any steps at any point. • Use the arranged 1:1 sessions to ask any queries, stay on track and maximise your midlife reset. • You also have access to a dedicated Facebook group of other programme members. *Limited availability.
