WHAT IS NICOLA LIKE AS A PT?

Nicola is down to earth, supportive and pushes you to achieve your goals without making your feel stupid. Nicola has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable and not worry about all your lumps and bumps.
Nicola makes sessions fun who knew exercise could be fun!
WHAT ARE YOUR TOP OBJECTIVES FROM MY PT SESSIONS?
I have had 2 key objectives get fit and lose weight. I got married last October and decided to buy my dress two sizes down. Nicola helped me lose the weight and get into my dream dress.
I had so many comments on the day about how fantastic I looked and that I was the slimmest people had ever seen me! Nicola was so dedicated to supporting me, she weighed and measured me each week and help me in the bad weeks and cheered me up on in the good ones.
So with that challenge completed I decided to set myself and Nicola a new one get me round the London Marathon. I work for a charity that support individuals with Learning disabilities to achieve extraordinary things everyday and seeing what the people we support achieve inspired me to complete my extraordinary thing and mile by mile in getting there with Nicola’s fantastic support.
HOW DO THE SESSIONS MAKE YOU FEEL?
Amazing, like I can do this exercise thing. Exercise had always been a challenge for me, I have always preferred a good cup of tea and piece of cake over a run or trip to the gym. Nicola’s sessions have help me feel comfortable and confident about exercise.

HOW HAVE HER SESSIONS BEEN OF BENEFIT TO YOU?
With Nicola support I have lost 2 stone!!! I have also learnt to eat good things and not junk and that exercise is great. Nicola is quite simply brilliant and has changed me like I could never do on my own. I am slimmer, healthier and more confident. I have PCOS and thanks to Nicola support I have no symptoms any longer!
WHY YOU CHOOSE A PT (AS OPPOSED TO OTHER WAYS).
So I have been a member of a gym for 4 years and probably been in the gym 4 times. I had great intentions of going but just never got round to it always something more important to do. Having a PT especially Nicola you have no choice. Nicola comes to the house so I have to do it, there have been days when I have thought about hiding behind the sofa and pretending I’m not in, but once you start a session you get caught up in Nicola’s contagious love for exercise and are laughing and having fun and you stop feeling rubbish and sluggish and come alive!
