Maximise your Menopause
A six stage reset to health and wellness in midlife.
Let me ask you something.
Are you:
-
Feeling exhausted?
-
Waking up feeling achy and weak?
-
Constantly hungry?
-
Suddenly experiencing digestive issues?
-
Worried that your emotions are up and down?
-
Gaining weight especially around your tummy?
-
Feeling overwhelmed and out of control?
-
Losing your confidence and focus in life?
-
Feeling like you’re going crazy sometimes?
Do not worry, you are not alone and there is help!

For many women the menopause can be a rollercoaster ride without any warning or explanation and it can feel daunting and unnerving.
One day you’re getting on with the day to day life, then suddenly you notice a number of changes mounting up and you wonder, could they all be related?
Maybe you can identify with some or all of the below menopausal symptoms:
Sugar cravings
Belly fat
Fatigue
Anxiety
Mood swings
Sleep problems
Bloating
Hot flushes
Joint aches
Brain fog
Overwhelm
Low self esteem
Any one of the above symptoms is enough, but you may be experiencing many or all of these. And if so, then you know how much it can really affect your daily life and you may be struggling to cope with all the responsibilities and pressures that a family and work can bring.
You know something has to give. And that’s ok. That’s a good thing!
Because now is the time to make space for you, your health and your wellness.
Now is the time to listen to your body, learn what it needs and make the appropriate changes.
With the right coaching and support you can take back control and start to feel like you again.
Maybe even better! You deserve to feel strong, self-assured and full of life.

Now is the time for a reset and to MAXIMISE YOUR MENOPAUSE.
Let me introduce myself, I'm Nicola Peaty, and here's why I created my online programme Maximise your Menopause for women just like you.
The programme:
Maximise your Menopause will help you make the relevant adaptations to your lifestyle in a simple and systematic way.

Using varied techniques, tools and natural strategies, you will start to feel more focused, more energised and more confident.

Maximise your Menopause is designed to hand hold you at each step with coaching videos to guide you and set tasks to complete in your personal workbook. Plus, plenty of supporting material to help you along the way.
