WHAT IS NICOLA LIKE AS A PT?

I think Nicola is an excellent PT, because she is a great listener and her sessions are targeted exactly at what the client wants to achieve rather than a generic session.
I really feel that her fact/output driven approach (i.e. this is WHY we are doing this, this is the muscles we are working and how…) approach works for me as that’s how I think! She is also mindful of the wider context (e.g why I might have stress in my shoulders this week from carrying a bag/general life!) and tailor accordingly.
HOW DO THE SESSIONS MAKE YOU FEEL?
I always feel as if I have set myself up for the weekend when I finish a session - a sense of achievement, having pushed myself and feel good about the progress I have made! I definitely miss it if it doesn't happen.
WHY YOU CHOOSE A PT (AS OPPOSED TO OTHER WAYS).
I chose a PT rather than the gym etc as I find it more motivating, and ensures the exercise actually happens rather than being put off ;-)
WHAT ARE YOUR TOP OBJECTIVES FROM MY PT SESSIONS?
My objectives are really to continue both to maintain the fitness/core improvement I’ve seen so far, and to continue to improve.
